On May 16, 2026, Tressa Ryswyk was called home to her Lord and Savior at the age of
94 years. Left to cherish her memory are her children Lyn, Larry (Dawn), Lisa (Pete),
and Leanne (Jeff); 15 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren and her sister, Muriel (Ken)
Van Zanten.

Tressa was born on October 5, 1931 to William and Reka (Koster) Mulder. She grew up
in Edgerton and graduated from Edgerton Public High School. She married Harvey
Ryswyk on February 13, 1951. Her life was a life of service to her church Bethel
Christian Reformed, the community, and her family. She enjoyed her life on the farm
with Harvey and loved serving others with baking, gardening, sewing, and quilting.

In her younger years, she was involved with Ladies Aid Society. She also volunteered
many hours with other church members at the Bibles for Missions Thrift Store in
Worthington, MN. And in her later years, she belonged to a quilting group which was her
favorite pastime. She also made a quilt for each of her grandchildren which was given to
them at their high school graduation.

In 1999, she and Harvey retired and moved into Edgerton. They enjoyed many winters
in Mesa, Arizona.

She was preceded in death by her husband Harvey, her parents William and Reka
(Koster) Mulder, her sister Emma Rozeboom, an infant brother William, and 4 infant
great-grandchildren.

send a special thank you to the staff at Edgebrook Care Center for their excellent care
and compassion given to Tressa for many years during her residency there.
