Noi Meksavanh Obituary

Noi Meksavanh was born September 2, 1955 to Chalath and Yang Aleuxay in Thailand.  She grew up there in Thailand and helped her father grow and sell vegetables in the market.  While in Thailand she met Bounsom Meksavanh and they were blessed with four children, Inty, Phet, Phou, and Pam.  In 1980, the couple moved to Edgerton, Minnesota with the help and sponsorship of the First Christian Reformed Church.  Noi worked for many years at Fey Industries.  In 2006, Bounsom passed away and Noi endured a stroke a few months later.  She retired from Fey Industries and continued to work and enjoy her vegetable gardens.  On Monday, April 3, 2017, while out on her morning walk, Noi died as the result of an accident at the age of 61 years.

Noi attended the First Christian Reformed Church in Edgerton, Minnesota.  She enjoyed vegetable gardening, cooking, many handwork crafts, and she especially enjoyed time with her family.

Noi is lovingly remembered by her children, Inty (and Hugh) Maxey of Edgerton, Minnesota, Phet Meksavanh of Orlando, Florida, Phou (and Tiffany) Meksavanh of Edgerton, Minnesota, and Pam Meksavanh of Sioux Falls, South Dakota; six grandchildren, Jacob, Xavier, Dimitri, Asher, Chapter, and Palmer; sisters, Nom Khamchanh, Sai Aleuxay, Ann Aleuxay, Pany Aleuxay, and brother Thai Alexuay; and many nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Bounsom and her parents.  Blessed be her memory.
